We are the Scottish Bloggers CollectiveThe Scottish Bloggers Collective was founded in 2017 to bring bloggers together. At the heart of it, we’re all about providing workshops, resources and support for bloggers across Scotland. Whether you’ve been blogging for years or you’re brand new to the idea, everyone is welcome to join the Scottish Bloggers Collective community.
We hope to unite Edinburgh bloggers, Glasgow bloggers, Dundee bloggers, Aberdeen bloggers and Scottish bloggers from across the rest of Scotland with our inclusive community and useful resources. In fact, you don’t even have to be a blogger to join us – as long as you’re interested in blogging, social media and all things digital then consider yourself one of us!
Our regular workshops and events give bloggers the chance to learn new skills and take their blogs to the next level, at the same time as meeting other bloggers and making great connections with brands, PR companies and creative entrepreneurs. Check out our Events page to see what’s coming up soon.
Meet the Team
I’m a blogger, freelance writer and social media manager based in Edinburgh. I’ve been blogging since the days of MySpace, and have been writing at Elevatormusik for over seven years. I love writing about my adoptive home city, Edinburgh, as well as food and drink, fashion, beauty, travel and lifestyle. A bit of everything, really!
I dreamt up the idea of the Scottish Bloggers Collective in summer 2017, and after a fantastic response from Scottish bloggers, Briony and I launched in September 2017.
I’m a blogger, freelance marketer and dog-obsessive living in Glasgow. I’m originally from Australia and started writing The Glasgow Food Blog in 2010 as I wanted to tell all my friends and family back home about the great food scene in Glasgow (and entice them to come over to visit!).
I’m delighted to be collaborating with Gillian on the Scottish Bloggers Collective – I love organising events and we have some really exciting plans coming up.
